What is the registration deadline?
Early bird registration ends on August 31, 2023. Regular registration remains open until October 10, 2023. On-site registration will be available but at a higher rate.
Can I present my research remotely?
Yes, we offer virtual presentation options for speakers unable to attend in person. Virtual presenters will have live Q&A sessions and their presentations will be recorded for on-demand viewing.
Is accommodation included in the registration?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, we have negotiated special rates with partner hotels. Booking details are provided in your registration confirmation email.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations before September 15: 80% refund. Cancellations September 16-30: 50% refund. After October 1: No refund, but substitutions are allowed free of charge.
Do I need a visa to attend?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Please check Singapore's immigration website or contact your local embassy. We can provide invitation letters for visa applications upon request.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, all registered participants receive breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks daily. The welcome reception and gala dinner are also included. Special dietary requirements can be indicated during registration.
Can I change my presentation type?
Requests to change from oral to poster (or vice versa) can be made until September 1. Approval depends on program availability. Contact [email protected] with your request.
Is there childcare available?
While we don't provide on-site childcare, we can recommend local childcare services. Please contact us at least 2 weeks before the conference if you need assistance arranging childcare.
Will proceedings be published?
Yes, all accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings with DOI assignment. Full papers (optional) can be submitted for review in partner journals.
